Luke hails over 15 years coaching experience, a masters degree in coaching and a bachelors degree in physical education along with college playing experience and a lifetime love of the game of basketball. OnPoint is a culmination of experience, passion, sacrifice and pursuit of a dream to both serve youth and elevate the game of basketball.
Everything we do is about seeing our players succeed. But success isn’t defined by wins, it’s defined by knowing how to live a life of integrity, passion, purpose and belonging.

A natural communicator, Coach Hawkins brings his gifts to the sideline and behind the scenes coordinating travel, tournament selection, etc. creating opportunities and connections.
