On Point Skills Lab
Training sessions are focused skill work for the athlete. We will meet the athlete at their functional level and assist them in development. Small and large group sessions include drills, repetition and live action scenarios. Personal goals and player personality as well as skill level are carefully considered to get the best results. Sessions are grouped according to ability/play level or a specific skills lab experience. Individual/partnered sessions are custom designed to the athlete and give one on one attention.
What makes our training different?
Coach Luke has over 25 years experience playing and coaching and has trained youth athletes that have gone on to play at College, Semi-Pro and Pro level. He also has college and pro athletes that continue to come to him for training. Coach Luke has developed relationships with high school and college coaches and works closely with the athlete helping them develop based on their strengths/deficits and works with them on an understanding of what they will need to play at the next level. All small sessions are very limited in numbers of attendees guaranteeing individual attention. Other places you may get a teenager or young adult with very little training/playing/coaching experience, may see multiple trainers that don’t know your child and can’t build on what is learned session by session, and combined with large numbers of kids in a large gym with a lot of down time waiting for turn and no focused skill work. When you join the OnPoint family, we will work to develop a relationship with each person and you will receive quality work time the entire session.

Private Training
Speed and Agility Training
All athlete speed and movement training to increase speed, explosiveness, change of direction, balance, vertical jumping and overall athletic ability. Safety and injury prevention are top priority in training and exercises are planned for strength development to reduce risk of sports play injury. All sessions are held at out private workout gym in Springdale off of Wagon Wheel exit.
Weight and Plyometric Training
Guided training sessions where your athlete will learn to safely lift and learn stretching and strengthening exercises to improve their athleticism. Individual goals and workouts based on age, ability and sports.
Energetic and dynamic drills and live action play on a full court at various locations in NWA.
Large Group Training

Putting the extra work in to prepare for the season is where you will find next level players! Coach Luke has worked with beginning to pro level athletes and has the experience and expertise in skill development to advance your game at any level.
